At Martins World Exotics our number one goal is to make our customers happy by providing healthy, quality animals that will be enjoyed for many years to come.
To help us to achieve this goal, we ask all of our customers to please consider the following:
1.) We advise everyone that will be responsible for their new pet to research the animal before purchasing.
Know the proper foods, light requirements, humidity and heat for your animal. Know the proper PH requirements and water depths. Some species require specific husbandry techniques to ensure their survival and long term health.
2.) We also advise everyone to have the habitat in which the animal is going to be placed, ready with proper light, heat, substrate and food, prior to receiving the animal.
3.) Please know your local and state laws concerning wildlife. We will not knowingly violate any laws or regulations. Please do not ask us to do so.
4.) Individual pictures of higher-end animals are available upon request. However, we cannot provide this service for lower-end animals.
