| Live arrival is guaranteed. All animals will be
active, feeding, and in apparent good health at time of shipment.
1) We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
2) We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3) All packages must be signed for AND accepted on first delivery attempt.
4) Transit temperatures must be between 35-90°F.
5) No live arrival guarantee on amphibians at any time.
-All claims must be made the day of delivery. Claims must be made by
e-mail with
picture of animal included to the following e-mail address:
sales@martinsworldexotics.com. Also, please call (561)-756-0345 to report
claims.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-No cash refunds or chargebacks, replacement of animal or credit toward
next order only,
at our discretion.
-Under some circumstances, we may require animal to be shipped back to
us at
purchaser's expense to verify claim.
-We will not be responsible for any veterinary expenses not authorized
by us in writing.
-Animals will not be held without a 50% deposit .
-All animals must be paid for in full, including shipping, within 10 days of initial
deposit
unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by us.
-Deposits are non-refundable.
-We expect shipping arrangements to be made with us within 10 days of payment.
-Any long-term care of animals must be secured by a signed written contract and
may be assessed boarding fees.
